This project centers in the need to continue to develop and prepare our volunteers and staff for the ministries in which they are involved.  We believe that our staff and volunteers are the most precious resource we have in the ministry.   Each week, the team meets to study the Bible and other topics so that they may continue to grow professionally and serve effectively with the skills and gifts that God has given.
